You do not have to know what you need yet. You only have to start somewhere.

Most people find this page at eleven at night, a few days or a few years after they found out. You are not looking for a philosophy of marriage. You are looking for somebody who has seen this before and knows what to do next. That is what this practice is built for.

Telehealth across Florida. In-person intensives in Pensacola and Jacksonville. Faith is welcome in the room and is never used to push you toward an outcome.

HERE'S HOW I CAN HELP:

Weekly Therapy or Coaching

50 minutes a week that are yours. Steady work on triggers, intrusive thoughts, boundaries, and the decisions you are not ready to make yet. Or maybe it is rebuilding trust. Or maybe you are ready to get sober.

Weekly Therapy for Betrayal Trauma and Infidelity Recovery

You need somewhere to put all of it that is not your best friend, your sister, or a forum at midnight. Weekly individual therapy gives you one place to fall apart on purpose and one person who knows the terrain well enough that you do not have to educate them first.

This works for the betrayed partner who cannot stop checking. It works for the person who broke it and needs to understand what the behavior was doing for them, which is a conversation almost nobody can have in front of their spouse. Some people are honestly both, and that is more common than you have been led to believe.

Sessions run via secure video anywhere in Florida, so you can be in Pace, Tallahassee, Orlando, or a parked car outside your office.

What to expect:

  • 50-minute weekly sessions by secure video, available statewide in Florida
  • Trauma-informed work on symptoms with recovery, trauma, and relational healing
  • Individual support for betrayed partners and separate individual work for the partner whose behavior caused the injury
  • Boundaries and safety plan
  • EMDR when the trauma is living in your body rather than your thinking
  • Disclosure planning and coordination when hidden sexual behavior is part of the picture, with polygraph
  • Faith integrated if you want it there and left out if you do not, without anyone telling you to forgive faster than your nervous system can
  • Private pay, superbills are available

What this usually sounds like in a first session:

"I am fine at work. Then I get in the car and I cannot breathe. I check his phone at two in the morning and then I hate myself for checking."

Three-Day Therapy Intensives in Florida

Weekly therapy spends the first fifteen minutes catching up and the last five winding down. Over six months that adds up to a lot of re-entry and not much depth. An intensive removes the interruptions. Nothing closes because a clock says so, and you leave with momentum instead of a homework sheet.

Choose the one that matches your situation. A betrayal trauma intensive is individual, for the partner who cannot wait eight months for weekly sessions to catch up to what happened. A couples intensive is for two people who are stuck, in crisis, or facing a decision. A full therapeutic disclosure is one prepared conversation instead of eighteen months of finding things out in pieces.

This is not a marriage retreat. Nobody is holding a workbook by a pool. It is also not a verdict. You will not be told whether to stay. You will be shown clearly what each path would actually require, which is usually the part that has been missing.

INCLUDES:

  •  Three consecutive days of clinical work 9am -5pm with 1 hour lunch
  • Pre-intensive intake, assessment, and a phone call, so day one starts with the work and not with history-taking
  • Your choice of betrayal trauma intensive, couples intensive, or full therapeutic disclosure
  • Days structured to end in regulation rather than leaving you open on the floor
  • A written plan for the first thirty days after a betrayal trauma intensive, or ninety days after a couples intensive
  • One follow-up session after you get home
  • In person in Pensacola, FL Jacksonville, FL Charlotte, NC
  • Investment: $4,999, $1,500 non refundable deposit, $1,000 Travel Fee if therapist s not local

What this usually sounds like at the inquiry call:

We have been in therapy for a year and we are having the same fight in a nicer tone."

Three days will not undo what happened. It is enough to stabilize, see clearly, and know what comes next.

Support Groups for Betrayed Partners

The loneliest part of betrayal is not the betrayal. It is standing in a kitchen explaining to someone who loves you why you are still not over it, and watching them not get it.

Group is where you stop explaining. Everyone in the room already knows what a trigger feels like in a grocery store. They know what it costs to hold it together for the kids. They know why you asked the same question four times, and nobody there thinks that makes you unstable.

Groups are small, screened, and clinically facilitated. This is not a forum and it is not a vent session. There is structure, and there is a point.

INCLUDES:

  • Weekly small group meetings by secure video
  • A screening call before you join, so the group stays safe
  • A topic arc covering triggers, boundaries, disclosure, grief, and rebuilding
  • A signed confidentiality agreement from every member
  • $200 monthly cost

I thought I was the only one whose story looked like this.

You are not. You have just been alone with it.

The First Thirty Days: A Stabilization Guide for After You Found Out

Sleep. Food. What to say to the kids. Which questions to ask and which ones are making it worse. What to do at two in the morning when your brain will not stop running the reel.

You are not going to feel like yourself for a while. This guide will not fix that. It will give you something concrete to hold on to while your nervous system catches up, written by a therapist who does this work every day and has walked her own version of it.
